Step into Voices That Matter©, a one-of-a-kind mental health workshop designed to empower young people to express themselves, build confidence, and take control of their wellbeing. Aligned with THE PLAY© Musical, this workshop transforms creativity into healing, resilience, and self-discovery, helping youth tackle the real-life challenges they face today.

Giving Young People a Voice. Building Confidence. Creating Safer Communities.

Created by Brian Montgomery, Brymon Consulting Pty Ltd and Brymon Promotions, creators of THE PLAY Musical©, THE HAY PATROLLERS©, UNIT 80© and It’s Your Choice!©.

Why Young People Connect With This Programme

What makes Voices That Matter© different is that it is built upon genuine lived experience, professional qualifications and decades of frontline experience working with young people and communities.

Brian Montgomery openly shares his own journey of overcoming:

Your past does not have to define your future.

Creating Positive Alternatives

Voices That Matter© is closely linked to THE PLAY Musical©, a unique youth production featuring 18 original songs that tackle issues such as bullying, racism, mental health, gangs, domestic violence, cyberbullying and youth crime.

You do not need to be able to sing, dance or perform to benefit from the programme.

Everyone has a voice that matters.

A Youth Stage Instead of a Street Corner or Jail

Our mission is simple:

To give young people a voice, provide positive opportunities, improve wellbeing, reduce harmful behaviours and help build safer, stronger communities through education, creativity, mentoring and engagement.

Because every young person deserves the chance to be heard, valued and given an opportunity to succeed.
