In the event that the producer or any staff members are unable to attend due to illness, or if unforeseen circumstances affect the venue prior to the shows commencing, all participants will be promptly informed. A new venue and updated schedule will be arranged, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate under fair and accommodating conditions.

No Refund Policy

All sales made through Brymon Promotions ABN 91 665 687 874 are considered final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances unless required by Australian law.

This policy applies to all transactions, including but not limited to:

  • Event tickets or bookings.
  • Donations or sponsorship payments.
  • Products or services purchased directly through Brymon Promotions.

By proceeding with any purchase, booking, or transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.

How to Lodge a Claim

Your written notice must include:

Brymon Promotions Disclaimer & Media Consent

Brymon Promotions is not responsible for any injuries, loss of personal belongings, or damage to equipment. By signing up for talent shows, auditions, or The Play musical, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Media Consent
I grant permission for Brymon Promotions to capture and use images and videos in which I and/or my child/ward appear for promotional, publication, and public relations purposes. This includes use in both print and digital media, such as the Internet and official social media platforms.

I understand that Brymon Promotions is not responsible for any potential breaches of Australian privacy laws by overseas recipients of these images. Additionally, I acknowledge that I will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act in such cases.
