- Terms and Conditions of Participation
- I will ensure that all performances are suitable for family-friendly audiences.
- I will attend all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and tour-related activities as required.
- I grant the organisers full, irrevocable rights to capture, use, and distribute photographs, video recordings, TV media, and audio recordings of my performances for promotional purposes across any media or format, without expectation of compensation or further approval.
- Release of Liability
I understand that the organisers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property losses that may occur during auditions, rehearsals, performances, or other related activities.
- Payment and Fee Acknowledgement
I agree to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $25, which covers insurance, venue hire, and administrative costs.
- Parent/Guardian Consent for Minors
If I am under 18, I confirm that a parent or legal guardian will accompany me to all auditions, rehearsals, and performances.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and accept the above terms, which are legally binding.
