Agreement and Consent

By signing below, I confirm that:

1. Terms and Conditions of Participation: I will ensure that all performances are appropriate for family-friendly audiences. I will attend all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and tour-related activities as required. I grant the organisers full, irrevocable rights to capture, use, and distribute my performances' photographs, video recordings, TV media, and audio recordings for promotional purposes across any media or format without expectation of compensation or further approval.

2. Release of Liability: I understand that the organisers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property losses that may occur during auditions, rehearsals, performances, or other related activities.

3. Payment and Fee Acknowledgment: I understand and agree to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $25, which covers insurance, venue hire, administrative costs and BBQ. Payment details will be provided upon request.

4. Parent/Guardian Consent for Minors: If I am under 18, I understand that a parent or legal guardian must accompany me to all auditions, rehearsals, and performances. By signing, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms, which are legally binding.

NOTE: TALENTED INDIVIDUALS WHO REGISTER FOR THE 30-MINUTE SHOWCASE TOUR DURING YOUTH WEEK, TAKING PLACE FROM APRIL 10TH TO APRIL 17TH, 2025, WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE FREE OF CHARGE.
